List of the machine: There are four machine in our Yarn Manufacturing Lab. They are-

1. Revoling flat carding machine.
2. Drawing frame.
3. Simplex.
4. Ring frame.

Revoling flat carding machine:The carding machine os the heart of the spinning mill and well carded is half spun demonstrate the immense significance of carding for the final result.

Name of the machine:	Revoling flat carding machine.
Measurement:	Length:12foot & width:7foot.
Number of cane:	One pes.
Input:	Lap
Output:	Carded sliver

#Object of the carding machine:

1. Elimination of impurities.
2. Elimination of dust.
3. Disentangling of neps.
4. Fibre blending.

Drawing frame: Drawing is the operation by which sliver are blending, doubled.

Name of the machine:	Drawing frame
Length:	12foot
Width:	7foot
Number:	8 Pcs.
Feed:	Carded sliver.

#Object of the drawing frame:

1. To make the fibre parallel to their.
2. To make unifoemity of fibre by drafting and doubling.
3. To reduce weight per length unit of sliver.
4. To remove dust from sliver.

Simplex machine: The machine whewe the sliver is objected to one or more attenuating process and are nuated sliver receives a small amount of ---- and is then wound on bobbins suitable for ----- at next process.

Lengt:	18 Foot.
Width:	8 Foot.
Number of spindle:	48 Pcs.
Input:	Deawn sliver
Output:	Rpving.

#Object of the simplex machine:

1. Attenuation of drawn sliver to from roving of required count by drafting.
2. Insert small amount of twist to give required strength to roving.
3. Wind the twisted roving into the bobbin..

Ring frame: Ring spinning is a method of spinning---- such as cotton, flax or wool to make yarn.

Name of the machine:	Ring frame.
Length:	13 Foot.
Width:	3 Foot.
Number:	96 Pcs.
Input:	Roving.
Output:	Yarn.

#Object of the ring frame:

1. To draft the roving feed to the ring frame.
2. To imput the stength to the fiber strang by twisting.
3. To wind up the resulting yarn.

#Discussion: We have learned some machine name and their object in yarn manufacturing systrm by this experiment. It's very essential for our duture life. Thanks my dear houneable teacher who teach me this.
